Note: As we work closely with law enforcement and prosecutors, we limit our review of cases for criminal defense attorneys. We will review cases to determine if, in our evaluation of the evidence, the defendant is innocent. If our examination indicates otherwise, however, our report will be limited to a factual review of our examination. We do not provide "technicality" or other defenses to aid in the acquittal of parties that we believe to be guilty. We do recognize that innocent parties are wrongly charged on occasion. In 1997, Mr. Rehman conducted an examination of a computer in a child pornography prosecution wherein Mr. Rehman determined that it was likely the defendant had been "framed"; the charges were dismissed. In the interest of Justice, we do not exclude criminal defense work, only limit it to what we believe to be wrongly charged individuals.
