Note: All of the above retainer amounts are for engagements lasting no more than three (3) days; for engagements involving substantial hours of work and/or travel, please contact us for the retainer amount.

Fees for services, travel, and expenses are deducted from the retainer. Retainers are nonrefundable. When the retainer is exhausted, billing for further services and travel will be done weekly and is due upon receipt. If payment is not received within 10 days, all work will be discontinued until payment is received. We reserve the right to require replenishment of the retainer.

Mr. Rehman may not be listed as an expert witness without the prior payment of the appropriate retainer. Any firm that lists Mr. Rehman as an expert without the prior payment of the appropriate retainer will be liable for a $3,800 nonrefundable expert witness listing fee. 

There is a three (3) hour minimum billing for testifying in a deposition, hearing, trial, etc. We must be paid in advance for all depositions.

There is a three (3) hour minimum billing for any work that requires us to leave our office. Mileage is billed at $0.40/mile. All air travel is via first class whenever available.

Work involving travel away from the Orlando or Tampa areas is subject to a $2400 per calendar day minimum charge. All travel time, is billed at $300 per hour, plus expenses.  Travel expenses must be paid in advance.
